Future Parks

Published : Fri 5th Oct

The Future Parks Accelerator (FPA) is a unique and exciting collaboration between the Heritage Lottery Fund (HLF) and the National Trust (NT). Our partnership will generate new ways to protect and enhance access to parks and urban green spaces. It is the first truly joint initiative between our organisations and it will combine the best of our skills, resources and leadership to deliver our shared cause.

To ensure this pioneering initiative gets underway we need to find the people that share the vision and passion, but most importantly, have the appropriate skills and experience to lead it.

In the first recruitment phase, we need to fill two integral roles - FPA Delivery Director and FPA Investment Manager - as without them we would not be able to begin the journey.

Delivery Director

This is a leading position with responsibility for the strategic direction and the overall management of the joint initiative. We need a strong leader that possesses an eclectic mix of resilience and creativity; an instinctive collaborator and culture creator that will lead by example. An enabler to ensure that this mission not only succeeds, but inspires others and organically grows this ambitious partnership between HLF and NT.
