We want everyone that visits one of our places, everyone that comes into contact with us, to have an enjoyable, unforgettable National Trust experience. We want them to learn something new, to get involved with our work, to be inspired by our places and people and their fascinating stories. Today, we have more than four million members. And in 2011, we had over 19 million visits to our pay-for-entry properties. Impressive figures, but they only tell half the story.

Our Visitor Services team delights and inspires every one of our visitors. From the moment they walk through the doors to the moment they leave – and beyond.
